Be Kind to Yourself

I published it because we should all remind ourselves to be kind to our soul. The heavy and fast world can burden us with too much of work while there are times we are just not alright, or sad. However, one needs to keep working in this tough environment and therefore I am proud of you that you keep going, even when you’re sick or alone. Even if you didn’t do to the full of your potential, I am glad you’re trying. And when you’re resting, know that you ought to. Know that the life isn’t just a game of numbers, bills or working hours. I published what I told my friend because this is what I would love to tell you too, to everyone. To be kind to yourself when it’s hard.

“Keep going on, I am proud of you and take care of yourself. Don’t blame yourself like the outsiders might blame you when they see you with time and work on your plate and you slacking. The tons of problems you never speak to them about, like to people like your mum and dad or an evaluator. But you know yourself well. You know that you’ve got a lot to deal with, that you’re probably not alright so much and it’s already tough to pick yourself up and keep working. So be kind to yourself because it’s hard to explain to others but atleast you know yourself. They might never know you well so don’t explain. Just smile to yourself, pat your back. And then some people in your life will probably understand and value all that u do and go through without you talking about it.”
